KERALA TRADITIONAL FISH FRY RECIPE

Ingredients :

Fish- 1 large piece

Red Chili powder-1 tbsp

 turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

Lemon-1/2 spoon

Salt (as required)

Curry leaves-1 Spring

Coconut oil-As required

Method of preparation :

Clean the fish and make slits on both sides.

Prepare a thick masala by mixing the red chilli turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice. Coat both sides Marinade for 45 minutes.

Heat a frying pan pour oil, and add curry leaves to the pan for aroma. Place the fish carefully and shallow fry it in medium flame, and repeat the same in other side.

Have the fish fry with rice.
