Banana – 3 nos
Raisins -A few
Grated Coconut – 1 1/2 cup
Sugar – 2 tbsp.
Coconut Oil – 1 ½ cup
Method of Preparation :
First steam the banana using a steamer then take a pan and heat it. Add two tablespoons of sugar and add little bit of water and make a sugar syrup in to that add grated coconut, raisins and cardamom then continue stirring turn off the heat.
Now take the banana from the steamer and smash it, then make a dough, inside the dough make a hole and add the mixture of coconut we prepared and cover it again with the dough and make that in a spindle shape.
Same way prepares few pieces
Once enough pieces are ready, heat some oil and fry the pieces.
When unnakkaya turn to golden brown take it from pan and have it with tea.
