Kerala traditional desert ada pradhaman


Ada – 1 cup

Jaggery – 1 Cup

Coconut Milk – 250 ml

Kismis – few no’s

Cashew nuts – Few no’s

Ghee – 5 table spoon

Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp

Coconut – few chopped pieces

Method of Preparation

Boil the ada and drain the water from that. Then make a syrup of jaggery adding water and strain the dirt using a cloth. After that add the ada to the jaggery syrup and cook it well. Add the coconut milk, cardamom powder does not boil after that. Then fry kismis, cashew nuts and coconut. And pour it to payasam.
