KERALA TRADITIONAL TEA RECIPE (2 SERVINGS)

Ingredients :

Water-1 Cup

Tea powder – 1 1/2 teaspoon

Milk- 1 Cup

Sugar- According to your taste

Method of preparation :

Heat the teapot with 1 cup of water once the water starts boiling add 1 1/2 teaspoons of tea powder wait till the water becomes half then add 1 cup of milk (it’s good to use pre-boiled milk) Let it boil for 5-6 minutes after off the stove and take out the teapot then sieve the mixture to filter out the tea powder. If you prefer to add sugar then add it according to your taste then blend it nicely.
