Chocolate Cupcake recipe

Most of the people used to think cupcake is one of the food item which is difficult to make, Chocolate cupcakes are very delicious recipe also its very easy to make, the frosting make the recipe delicious , In this recipe we are using cocoa powder for frosting as well as making the cake.

For Making the cup cake

Ingredients

All-purpose flour -3/4 cup

Baking powder-3/4 teaspoon

Baking soda-1/2 teaspoon

Cocoa powder-1/2 cup

Salt-1/4 teaspoon

Eggs-2 large

Powdered sugar-1cup

vegetable oil-1/4 Cup

Vanilla extract-2 1/2 Tablespoon

Buttermilk-1/2 Cup

Preparation

First, you need to preheat the oven to 350°F. After that take a cupcake muffin pan with cupcake liners.

For making the cupcake you need to whisk the all-purpose flour with cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl and combine it for a while, then set it aside.

Take another bowl and whisk the eggs, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, oil, together until combined smoothly.

Now pour all the ingredients and half of the buttermilk now gently whisk that for a few minutes until the batter becomes thin.

Now our or spoon the batter into cupcake liners, make sure you are filling the half only, otherwise, it will spill.

Bake it for 20 minutes, once the time is over insert a toothpick and check the cupcake is fully cooked.

Now you can add the frosting in the upside of the cupcake.

For frosting of the cupcake

Ingredients

Cocoa powder– 1/2 Cup

Unsalted butter – 1 Cup

Powdered sugar – 3 1/2 Cup

Vanilla extract – 2 1/2 Teaspoon

Heavy whipping cream – 3 Tablespoon

Salt – For balancing the sweetness

Preparation

First, you need to beat butter in a mixing bowl using a whisk attachment, while mixing please make sure it is at high speed and whisk it for 3-4 minutes After that add Powdered sugar, heavy cream, Cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.

Beat all the ingredients together at low speed until the powdered sugar dissolves in the mixture while mixing scraping down the bowl several times.

You can place this frosting in the fridge and can use it for few more times.

As per your wish, you can use frosting according to your taste.
