Ingredients for Kappa :
Tapioca – 1 kg
Shallots – 5 no’s
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Green chili – 5 no.
Curry leaves- 3-4 no’s
Salt-For taste
Oil-1 tbsp
Method of preparation :
First, you peel the kappa the cut it into small pieces then place those pieces in a pressure cooker Then pour sufficient water and cook it well. Once kappa is cooked, then drain the excess water.
Now add salt and curry leaves, green chili Stir it well. Pour a little coconut oil and cover the vessel. Cook for some more time. Then you may mix the contents well and to this add two teaspoons of coconut oil.
