Ingredients :
onion -1 Nos sliced
Tomato -1 nos chopped
Green chili -1 nos
Curry leaves
Eggs- 2 Nos
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Coconut oil – For frying
Method of preparation :
Take a bowl add all ingredients except the coconut oil and whisk it for a minute. After heating a pan and pour the egg mixture and flatten it. Cook until it becomes firm after flipping it and fry it for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the flames and place it on a plate and have it.
