Ingredients :
Chicken -1 kg
Onions – 3 pieces (finely chopped)
Tomato -2 no’s
Ginger – 1 tsp
Garlic – 1 count (whole)
Green chilies – 4 no’s
Coriander powder – 2 to 3 tbsp
Chili powder – 10 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1½ to 2 tbsp
Oil -3 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Method of preparation :
First, put a pan in the oven and fry the ginger, green chilies, and garlic in it, then add the chopped onion and fry again. When the onion turns golden, add the spices and when the spice turns green, add the tomatoes and fry. You can add salt to your taste. Then add the previously taken chicken and enough water to cook the chicken. Close the pan after 20 minutes. If the chicken is not cooked enough, close it and cook for some more time.
