Colocasia dry curry chembu mezhukkupuratti

Ingredients

Colocasia-1 Cup

Coconut oil – 1 tbsp

 Asafoetida powder-1 pinch

Chilli powder -1 tbsp

Coriander powder-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation

First boil the Colocasia in salt water to make it soft.

Drain, once it become cool and peel.

After Slice it half and flatten each piece. Add all the masalas in that piece along with asafoetida and salt fry it in oil

Add little bit of water and make it as a dry gravy Serve once the gravy become thick
