INGREDIENTS:

Chembu (Colocasia) -1 Cup

Curry leaves – 5-6 Nos

Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Red Chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Salt, to taste

Water to boil

PREPARING ARBI FRY

First, you need to slice the Colocasia cubes and parboil that one. Drain the water and let it cool

Then heat the pan and pour oil into the pan. Sauté curry leaves and add cooked Colocasia. Mix well, lt it cook for – minutes
