Beetroot cutlet recipe:
Pea’s flour- 50g
Cornflour -50g
Water – as needed
Onion -1 number
Potatoes -2 nos
Garlic – 2 tbsp
Beetroot -3 number
Oil – For frying
Method :-

Put peas flour and cornflour in a cup of thick batter and cook for about 5 minutes.
With that time we can prepare the masala.
To prepare the masala, boil and peel the potatoes, then fry the onion, garlic, and beetroot in oil. Then add all the ingredients and mix well.
Do not add any beetroot masala gooseberry size into heated oil and dip in flour and fry on low heat.
It can then be transferred to a bowl and eaten while preparing this mixture.
