Ingredients :
Poha/ Aval-1 Cup
Jaggery-4 Nos
Water-1/2 Cup
Grated coconut -1 Cup
Black sesame seeds-2 tsp
Cardamom powder-3/4 tsp
Method of preparation :
First, take the jaggery and boil it with water and make a thick mixture. Strain the dirt and keep it aside.
Then pour the melted jaggery into a pan. Add the grated coconut and mix well once it mixes well add poha and Sesame seed to it and off the stove.
Have the aval vilayichathu with banana.
