KERALA TRADITIONAL FISH FRY RECIPE
- 1 Fish - Large Piece
- 1 tbsp Red Chili powder
- ¼ tbsp turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp Lemon
- Salt (as required)
- 1 spring Curry leaves
- Coconut oil - As required
Clean the fish and make slits on both sides.
Prepare a thick masala by mixing the red chili turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice. Coat both sides Marinade for 45 minutes.
Heat a frying pan pour oil, and add curry leaves to the pan for aroma. Place the fish carefully and shallowly fry it in medium flame, and repeat the same on another side.
Have the fish fry with rice.
