First Cut the chicken into pieces then marinate it with chilli powder and salt and a pinch of turmeric.Make extract of coconut milk, one should be thick, other you can make with adding water.Heat pan adds coconut oil and sautés sliced onion, chilli, ginger, garlic and curry leaves once the onion turned green add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and chicken masala powder.
