Cluster Beans Curry

Ingredients:

Cluster Beans – 100 gram

Onion – 1 Number

Green chili – 2 Numbers

Curry leaves – 5-6 Numbers

Garlic and ginger sliced – 1/4 Teaspoon

Oil – 2 Tablespoon

Mustard Seeds – 1/4 Teaspoon

Coconut – 1/2 Cup

Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon

Preparation

Place a pan on the stove, once the pan becomes hot add the mustard seed and curry leaves once the mustard starts to pop up add sliced cluster beans, onion, and add green chili, garlic, ginger stir it and close the pan for 5-8 minutes.

Meanwhile make a coconut paste add the coconut turmeric.
