Ingredients :
Rice powder – 2 cups (Roasted)
Grated coconut – half cup
Salt-To taste
Method of preparation :
First, boil the water with salt. Once the water starts to boil, add the rice powder to make a dough. Once you make a soft dough put the dough into a sevanazhi also known as idiyappam press. Press down the dough into the mold. Place a steamer on the stove, press dough to the steamer, and add grated coconut then steam it for 5-8 minutes.
Have the idiyappam with your favorite curry.
